ONLINE TRAINING
Rich is now offering online training services. This is an extrapolation of the programs that I have used over two decades with incredible success training clients at Rich Bodies Gym in Georgetown. Based on your completion of my questionnaire, and our communication via email, and digital photos taken of yourself, I’ll put together a training program for you. I will utilize several factors in the development of your program: current fitness and medical history, age, body composition (based on digital photos, during my Master’s thesis at Springfield College, we corroborated a significant correlation between visual estimation and actual determination of body composition). Of course I will also base your program on the short and long-term goals that you want to accomplish with my program.Additionally, based on my Ph. D. training from the University of Maryland, I will also work closely with you regarding your eating habits and nutrition. After my initial nutritional assessment of your eating, I will then make nutritional recommendations that will help you achieve your goals that much more quickly. I will ask that you submit a weekly diet diary for me to review, and I will send back suggestions to improve your diet and nutrition. I have several different diet and nutritional modalities that I employ with clients that I have found to be successful.
My training programs are based on sound scientific principles and the most current information found in my research area of exercise physiology. In addition, because I want you to SUCCEED, I wan to communicate with you once a day, to check in with you, see how your program is coming along, answer a question or two that you may have, and to fine-tune your program on a day-to-day basis.
