MY PHILOSOPHY
Why personal training? A customized fitness program will help you reach your goals more efficiently than if you worked out by yourself. Simply put, I know how to get the most out of you. And a body that is totally fit will be prepared for life's many challenges.I believe that optimum fitness requires a personal training program with three key elements.
1. Resistance training: I will develop a program to maintain or increase muscle mass, resulting in a more sculptured shape, less body fat and better overall body composition.
2. Cardiovascular conditioning: I will design a cardiovascular exercise program with attention to frequency, length and intensity of your workout.
3. Nutritional counseling: I will analyze your diet and suggest changes to improve health and body composition.
